I had such a positive experience living at CMPND. The community is beautiful, modern, and very well cared for, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m especially grateful to Amber, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, attentive to every detail, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Taylor was also wonderful to work with — professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I truly enjoyed my experience at CMPND and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

When i walked with the leasing agent, i was immediately floored. I've never seen a building with a bowling alley. The amenities are amazing. The apartments are beautiful. And of course the management team is attentive!

After living here at CMPND for the last two weeks, I can say it's been a solid experience by far. It's a newer building so all the amenities are not completely available such as the pool. Staff have been extremely helpful and friendly, notably Valeria and Amber. Great place to live in for future residents.
